The YWCA Vocational Training Opportunity Centre (VTOC) was established in September 1998 to serve the needs of young women and girls from the economically disadvantaged segments of Malaysia irrespective of race, ethnicity, religion and culture through:

Entrepreneurial Training
Information & Communication Technology (ICT) training
Courses of Study
VTOC offers five courses. The academic year is from January to December each year, with the exception of the Culinary & Bakery Course which runs from January to June, with a new intake for July to December.
